The Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Lead will be responsible for designing implementing and managing highly available and scalable systems ensuring reliability and uptime. The role involves collaboration across teams to develop automated solutions handle incidents and promote best practices in system reliability and operational excellence.Lead the SRE team to maintain and improve the reliability availability and performance of systems and services. Design and implement monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively detect and resolve issues. Develop and manage SLAs SLOs and SLIs to meet business objectives. Automate repetitive tasks deployments and incident response procedures. Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents and drive improvements to prevent recurrence. Partner with engineering and operations teams to optimize system performance and scalability.
