- Job Title: Microsoft Entra ID Specialist (5-8 Years Experience) Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) Specialist to manage, design, and maintain our identity and access management (IAM) infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Microsoft Entra ID environments, focusing on secure access, identity protection, and compliance. This role involves both hands-on technical implementation and strategic input to strengthen and evolve our IAM capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Identity & Access Management (IAM): Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Entra ID solutions, ensuring secure and efficient identity and access management across the organization. Integration & Deployment: Configure and integrate Microsoft Entra ID with various applications and services, ensuring seamless access and optimal user experience. Single Sign-On (SSO) & Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Implement and manage SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies to enhance security while ensuring user accessibility. Access Policies & Governance: Develop, enforce, and review access policies, role-based access controls (RBAC), and governance practices in alignment with compliance requirements. Incident Response & Security: Proactively monitor for IAM-related security events, respond to incidents, and ensure high-level protection of sensitive data. Automation & Scripting: Use PowerShell and other automation tools to streamline user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control processes. User Support & Training: Provide technical support for IAM-related issues, troubleshoot access issues, and conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date documentation for IAM configurations, policies, and procedures. Generate and analyze access reports for security reviews and audits. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 5-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration with a minimum of 3 years focused on Microsoft Entra ID or Azure Active Directory. Technical Expertise: Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Active Directory, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and RBAC. Scripting: Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation within the IAM environment. Security Best Practices: Knowledge of identity protection, IAM security principles, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues in complex environments. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
