The requirement is 15+ years extensive experience in Data Migration in Medical Devices domain to be precise. He is looking for more of a Leadership profile who can envisage the overall Migration Strategy, visualize the data need that may arise in coming 5-10 years but at the same time, person has to be hands on and get the hands dirty as & when need arises.

 we need someone with solid experience in Data Migration using WBM across Windchill to Windchill or multiple sources to Windchill in Medical devices domain. The source system to Windchill data migration at Medtronic is huge and highly complex so a person should have at least 8-10+ years in Data Migration alone while rest of the experience in other areas in Windchill.
