- Position: Security Awareness Engineer Summary Security Awareness Engineer is responsible for design, implement, and maintain effective security awareness programs to educate end users on security best practices, promoting a culture of security awareness and compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Work with Client and Develop & deliver engaging security awareness training content. 2. Arrange phishing simulations and vulnerability assessments. 3. Analyze metrics to measure program effectiveness. 4. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate security awareness. 5. Stay up to date with emerging threats and industry trends. Attributes: Minimum of 5 years' experience in Security awareness platforms (e.g., Proofpoint, KnowBe4) Phishing simulation tools (e.g., PhishMe, Wombat) Learning Management Systems (LMS) Content creation tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe) Data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Good English communication Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
