- Okta support and enhancements Experience ? 8 to 10 years ? 2 resources - (Work time IST ? 2 pm to 11 pm ) Experience ? 5 to 8 years ? 5 resources - Work time (Rotation of the shift - 24 X 5) Understand existing business requirements and design IM infrastructure Translate architecture specifications to low-level component design and implementation Assume ownership of Okta system integration and work closely with teams to complete development and customization tasks Interact and communicate with application teams on systems integration tasks, dependencies, and troubleshooting issues Assign and review work packets delivered by the offshore team OKta deployment and configuration experience. Have SSO integrations. Must have designed & implemented SSO for multiple applications ( like Office 365, SaleForce, EBS, PeopleSoft, etc..) Good understanding of Directory Server concepts. Good hands-on experience with federation/Oauth integrations. Working on LLD, HLD. Knowledge of SAML, OIDC, LDAP, SSL, Load Balancers. Strong Software Development Background. Strong Problem Resolution Capability & Delivery Focus. Proven Experience enabling Continuous Delivery." Excellent Communication Skills. Automate provisioning requests from application owners. Follow-up and seek confirmation from users on assigned tickets. Pick up stories on JIRA for assigned Sprint - Work on stories for enhancement requests for apps which are already integrated with Okta. Work on stories for onboarding new app integration with Okta. Ability to work in Virtual, Geographically Dispersed Teams.
